I too love Serum, FL, and Virtual Riot xD

This is really good! The harmonies are interesting but don't sound bad.

I have only a few criticisms:
1. Sample choice and diversity. For much of the piece, the snare is the same, and it needs a higher pitch IMO.
2.The dubstep is really good, but extremely repetitive.
3.The harmonies OCCASIONALLY cross in ways that don't mix.

snare is something from FL Studio thats why it sounds meh. the dubstep is not good at all what you mean.

This is pretty cool!
I'd say that there are some pretty interesting samples used in this piece, I'm supportive of that, and the "drop" is original, albeit a little empty. My main complaint is the sound design of the main basses and pads. It's just plain boring. Not all of it is, some of the weird sound FX are super well designed and cool!

The other issue is repetitiveness, but what ever xD

thanks for the feedback! the drop being empty was more of an intended minimal style, although maybe it was a bit too much. in terms of sound design, i’m still learning slowly (and hopefully serum can help me with that once i fully get used to it!)

Pretty good!

I have to say a few things though.
1. The entire piece is pretty repetitive. Literally, the entire piece except the two drops has that piano playing the exact same chords.
2. The crackling is not pleasing to me. Its a matter of preference I guess, I just don't find random clacks that appealing.

The good things are your sound design and instrument choice. You really have a knack for mixing and sound design.

thank man, most of the songs ive made or really repeatitive but ive tried to change things up. i did mean for the drops to be the exact same tho lol. also i spent more time on sound design then mixing to thanks for the complement.

The only reason for the star deduction was the theory problems. They might be intentional or not, but either way, they don't sound good to me. The synths are really good, by the way, and the song overall would do well in a video game.
